How Do I Update My Payment Information?

You can manage all of your billing information in the Phin portal.

In order to update your payment information, log in to your Phin portal,

and click on Billing on the left hand menu.

Next, click on the tile that says Manage Payment Info. Fill out the required fields to complete updating the payment information for your account. 

If no active payment method is on file or is expired, the account will be locked at the beginning of the next billing cycle, which is the first of every month, followed by termination of the account.
