Campaigns can run their course, or maybe it's time to create a new one. Either way, knowing how to cancel a campaign on Phin's platform is important to your success.
When you cancel a campaign, it does not cancel/delete courses that it has already launched, it will only prevent future courses from being assigned.
To cancel the courses it has already launched, you must cancel each of those individually also.
- Start by clicking on Training on the left-hand menu.
- Once the drop-down menu appears, click on Campaigns.
- Now that you're in the Training Dashboard, you will see both Active Training Campaigns and Active Courses.
- Begin by hovering over the campaign you'd like to cancel and click the red cancel button.
- Upon clicking the Cancel Campaign button, you will see the following prompt.
- Finally, click Delete Campaign to delete the campaign officially.
- You will no longer see that campaign listed under Active Training Campaigns.
