How to Check Phishing Analytics

Keeping tabs on analytics and how your users are performing in Phishing campaigns is vital to the success of your SAT program.

Checking Phishing Analytics

  1. If you aren't already at the home screen of the client portal, start by navigating to the home screen. Once there, click on Phishing on the left side-hand menu and then click on Analytics
    1. You can now review all your data. The analytics page is preset to All Campaigns, but you can change this to see data on a specific campaign by clicking All Campaigns and then selecting the specific course you'd like to review.
    2. You can filter records by the time between send and click by clicking Filter Click Time. This filter will show they were clicked '20 seconds', '5 minutes', etc. after being sent. Some email filtering tools will automatically click links sent in emails. By using the filter click time, you can reduce false positives for phishing clicks.
    3. You can check specific user data for phishing in the list at the bottom of the Phishing Analytics page. To check a specific users information, click on the green eyeball on the righthand side of their row.
    4. Once you've clicked that you'll be able to review all the phishes they've received. Including, when they received the phish, when they clicked on the phish, and how long it took them to complete the training from when they clicked on the phish. If you see N/A under the "Clicked" Column, this indicates that the user had this email delivered to them but did not click on any of the links in the email. Now admins can view and sort through phishing data.
