How to reset your Password?

Resetting your password is easy. Follow the steps below for a quick guide.

If you're logged into the portal, you will need to log out. Hover over your account icon in the top right-hand corner. 

Then click the logout button.

Now that you're back to the log-in screen click on, "Forgot Password?" to enter an email for the password reset. 

The next screen is where you'll add your email to receive the reset.
