Mark Training Course Completed
Phin has added the ability to mark a Phin training course as completed from the Admin portal. This can be accomplished from the Analytics → Training page under the Course View or the User View.
From the Course View, simply pick the relevant course from the drop down at the top of the screen. Next, scroll down to the User table and filter to the user who needs their training course marked as complete. Then toggle open the extra options component for the relevant user and select “Complete Training”. This will open a new modal, Training Completion Modal, to enter the completion data.
From the User View, filter down to the relevant user and click the “Eye” button for View. On this single user training view, find the relevant course and select “Mark as Complete” to open the the Training Completion Modal.
In the Training Completion Modal, enter the user’s score for the course: a number from 0 to 100. Next select the date and time the user completed the course. Then, enter a reason as to why this user’s training course is manually being marked as complete. This information is saved for auditing purposes.
