May 2025: Release Notes 3.25 ๐ŸŒˆ

Featuring an updated Company Reports page, the switch from 'Supervisor' to 'Manager', and an improvement to the ConnectWise Service Desk integration.

Company Reports Page Updates

Introducing a new user interface and more flexibility on the company reports page. What does that mean for you?

  • A user interface that doesn't require enabling a report to see the configuration options within that report.
  • Different report recipients can be aligned to different report types. Want stakeholder A to get weekly reports and stakeholder B to receive monthly reports? Now that's possible!

ConnectWise Service Desk Update

For those unfamiliar with our ConnectWise Service Desk integration, it creates and lists reported emails (using the Phin "Report Phishing" button in Outlook) as service tickets on the Service Board of your choice.

So what's the update?

Well, now the integration attempts to match the reporter (employee) to an existing contact within ConnectWise. If it can't find an existing contact based on the email address, it defaults to the configured primary contact.

๐Ÿ“Œ For partners with this integration already enabled, it's important to know that you will need to update a permission within your API key (Companies > Contacts > Inquire Level (All)) to take advantage of this update. However, this doesn't require disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. You can read more about setting up the necessary permissions here.

'Supervisor' has been replaced by 'Manager'

It's been a long time since the supervisor field was initially introduced, and we thought it was time for a change. As we've connected to more systems and spoken to more customers, the term 'manager' seemed to be the more suitable nomenclatureโ€”so we've adopted it as a replacement for the term 'supervisor'. Whether it's the user management page, the phishing template builder, injected user fields, or audience selection in the campaign tools, you'll see 'manager' where you used to see 'supervisor'.
