Learning moments occur when a client clicks on one of our phishing emails.
If a client clicks on one of Phin's Phishing emails, we teach them at that moment what they should have done differently. There's no shame or punishment, but we show them at the time of need how to avoid being phished next time.
If they click on the phish, a pop up alerts them:
Next, the Learning Moment is triggered and parts of the email are highlighted with tips as to what they could have inspected in the email prior to clicking as shown below:
In order to complete the learning moment and receive credit, the client needs to click on the prompts, view all of the tips, and click done. This only takes a few seconds, and then they are back to work!
