Users will be notified that they have been assigned training campaigns via their email like the one below.
In order to access the training, they simply click on the Click to View button. No need to log into a separate portal! They will see a list of all assigned training, and they can also look at their completed training. Automatic reminders to complete training modules are sent every week to the users.
Once in the training portal, users click on the course title to begin. They can scroll down to see all that has been assigned. Once completed, the course tile moves to the completed section, and the red dot in the lower right-hand corner of the tile turns green, indicating completion!
