The Phin Security Report-a-Phish addon accesses your information to provide a service that provides your IT team with insights to better keep you safe. We access email contents only when you report the email through the addon interface. We store these emails for triaging as well as forward them to your configured IT admin. Reported emails can be purged from our systems on request either by you or your admins. We do not use this stored information for anything other than triaging maliciousness and for enriching cybersecurity intelligence. No direct email contents or personal information are sent anywhere other than your IT admins.
